September 1965	Established as JAPAN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Co.,Ltd.(K.K.Nihon Nouritsu Consultant)
February 1968	Opened data entry center
April 1972	Began outsourced computation service
July 1974	Began kanji data processing service, utilizing the association method
August 1975	Developed and began sales of national-scale address master database "ADDRESS"
July 1980	Developed and began sales of kanji input software package "KANPS" , which utilized the association method
January 1981	Developed and began sales of "N-BANC", a national-scale master database for financial system codes
July 1981	Began software development service
April 1982	Developed and began sales of "AP (Address Package) Series" for inputting addresses, making database queries, etc.
January 1983	Developed and began sales of "SCHOOL", a national-scale master database of schools
November 1990	Formed capital tie-up with APLUS Co., Ltd.
January 1991	Changed corporate name to AGREX Inc.

February 2006	Acquired equity stake in CRONOVA Co.,Ltd. and strengthen tied-up with CRONOVA in CRO business
September 2006	Shares listed on First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange
September 2006	Acquired all stock of OPEN TECHNO Co.,Ltd.
December 2006	Acquired all stock of FINESE Co.,Ltd.
March 2007	Received ISO20000 certification for insurance agency system help desk service
April 2007	Merged OPEN TECHNO Co.,Ltd. with FINESE Co.,Ltd. to be renamed AGREX FINE TECHNO Inc.
March 2008	Acquired all stock of Registration Network,Limited(Touroku Kanri Network K.K.)

August 2008	Acquired a majority stake in CRONOVA Co.,Ltd.
